MELTECA
About and Colour Range
We often suggest Melteca as a fantastic cost-effective option for our clients at Kitchen Vision. Melteca (Melamine) is a low-pressure melamine, which is durable, low maintenance required and easy to clean.
Available in a wide range of variety of colours and finishes, crafted to work across a range of interior applications like cabinetry, shelving, furniture and wall linings. The colour range is extensive and is often inspired by international trends and local lifestyles.

Properties
Melteca has been awarded the Environmental Choice New Zealand certification. This is an independently run ecolabel owned by the Ministry for the Environment, distinguishing the greenest products in the New Zealand market which we like to stand by.
Melteca is made in New Zealand at our Hamilton manufacturing plant following the best international environmental practices, and holding an array of third party certifications for both the product itself and the way it is made. All MDF wood used in Melteca boards comes from New Zealand forests and has achieved FSC® certification, ensuring the wood comes from responsibly managed forests. Melteca is low in formaldehyde emission, especially on Lakepine MDF (E0).

Been around since 1987, Caesarstone is an engineered stone manufacturer that we can trust here at Kitchen Vision. Caesarstone design, manufacture, and market engineered stone surfaces that secure safety and guarantee durability to bring everlasting beauty.
Caesarstone quartz (engineered stone) options are easy to clean, moisture, scratch, scuff and stain resistant, with a group 3 fire rating. It’s an excellent option for benchtops and splashbacks.
The Caesarstone colours/designs range extensively on price. It often comes down to the exact look, feel or budget that you’re trying to achieve with your Kitchen design that may sway what option you may choose. Soft Touch Acrylic by Laminex is a fantastic, premium option for Cabinetry Fronts. At Kitchen Vision we specify the use of the Acrylic Panel due to its super smooth soft matte surface, brilliant depth of colour and superior to scratch resistance.
This range is perfect for cabinetry fronts in any kitchen, bathroom and laundry. With the matching of Laser and ABS Edging.
Even with their limited range, the colours that they supply are fantastic for those that are after a neutral colour pallet. Lamiex, Soft Touch Acrylic Colour Range
Properties
Soft Touch Acrylic Panels are extremely durable and easy to clean with only the recommended products like ajax spray and wipe, multipurpose spray with a micro-fiber cloth. Being fingerprint resistant, easy to clean, scratch and stain resistant.
These panels have 10-year Warranty and are pressured in New Zealand on locally made, FSC certified MR MDF.

LAMINAM
About and Colour Range
Laminam is an Italian porcelain product, essentially like a large-format tile is great for multiple uses. These slabs come in 3000mm x 1600mm size sheets and can vary from 3mm – 12mm thickness.
Laminam is remarkably strong and has very high resistance to scratching and abrasion. Laminam resists organic and inorganic solvents, disinfectants, and detergents. It can be easily cleaned without affecting its surface characteristics. Suitable for many indoor applications Laminam is produced using advanced technologies, it is easy to clean, resistant to frost, fire, mould, and mildew, and to the effect of UV rays.
3mm – 5mm Range is often used for floor and wall linings, – this is not recommended for benchtops due to being too fragile. While anything from 12mm – 20mm are fantastic for any benchtop surfaces.
